Tea-Infused Beetroot Lamb
Why did the tea lover become friends with the beetroot and lamb? Because they all agreed that they were steeped in flavor!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Tea
- 2 medium-sized Beetroot
- 500g Lamb
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions:
- Brew 2 cups of tea and let it cool.
- Peel and dice the beetroot into small pieces.
- In a pan, heat the cooking oil over medium heat.
- Add the lamb to the pan and brown it from all sides.
- Once the lamb is browned, add the diced beetroot to the pan.
- Pour the brewed tea over the lamb and beetroot in the pan.
- Sprinkle salt, pepper, and sugar over the mixture.
- Cover the pan and let it simmer for 1 hour or until the lamb is tender.
- Serve the tea-infused beetroot lamb hot with rice or mashed potatoes.
